RainCity Cooking School is the perfect setting to combine a casual afternoon or evening with a fun and informative cooking lesson. Whether you are an experienced home cook or are just beginning to discover cooking, Chef Carol at RainCity can help take your cooking to the next level. Understanding the cooking process is the key — a basic understanding of cooking theory combined with solid culinary skills provides the foundation for great cooking experiences. You are more likely to produce a successful dish if you understand what is happening in the pot. Our small, intimate class size provides students personalized attention and one-on-one, hands-on instruction. Most classes include a full meal. All you need to bring is your appetite for knowledge and fun, and experience the joy of playing with Fire, Knives and Sizzle!
